3. User Content & Rights

You grant FilingsCorner a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and share that content.
You must not post illegal, defamatory, abusive, or misleading content.
FilingsCorner reserves the right to remove objectionable content without notice.
4. Intellectual Property

a) Incorporation Services
Stamp duty varies by state and authorized capital; clients must bear these charges.
Any additional DSC tokens, capital changes, or courier charges are extra.
b) Trademark, Patent & IP Services
A2Z FINEDGE cannot guarantee registration, as approvals are at the discretion of authorities.
Clients must track application status and respond to objections via IP India portal.
c) Tax & Compliance Services
Clients are responsible for accuracy of all financial and compliance data.
A2Z FINEDGE is not liable for rejection, delay, or penalties due to incomplete or false information.
6. Limitation of Liability
A2Z FINEDGE’s total liability, for any service rendered, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client.
We are not liable for:
Delays on government portals (e.g., MCA, GSTN, ITD)
Rejections due to client errors
Downtime, data loss, or indirect damages
Third-party service failures
7. Termination of Service
A2Z FINEDGE reserves the right to suspend or terminate service access if:
You breach these terms
Misuse or unethical behavior is observed
There is non-cooperation in completing service
We also reserve the right to delete user data after termination.
8. Cancellation & Refund
Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.
Cancellation requests will attract a minimum 20% fee.
Refunds will not include government fees, third-party costs, or completed service milestones.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, and the courts located in Begusarai,Bihar shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims.
